PRODUCT SAFETY

Products may contain small parts which are not suitable for, and may pose a hazard to, children under 3 years of age.

By placing orders on our website, you are responsible for using and storing those products safely from children and/or other users whom our products might pose a risk to.

ACCOUNT

To register an account with us, you must provide a valid email address. Once you are registered, we will send you an email confirmation.

You are responsible for any activities performed by you or any other person using your account.

ORDERS

1) By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase those product(s) for their listed price on our website, together with all applicable shipping and delivery charges and customs taxes or duties, at the time you place your order.

2) You must provide us with complete and accurate details, such as your billing and shipping addresses, when placing an order.

3) In the rare occasion when there is an error or omission in the price or description of the product on our website, or if the product became unavailable, we may cancel all or part of your order in our absolute discretion. You will be notified in a timely manner, and will not be charged for the order or the part of the order that is cancelled by us.

4) We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of our website.

PAYMENTS

1) Please take note of the currency when you place an order (SGD, USD or EUR).

2) Please confirm the prices and shipping and delivery charges before making a payment as orders cannot be canceled.

3) Once you have placed an order, you should receive an invoice from us shortly.

4) We accept payments by major credit cards via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

5) We will process your order when payment has been verified (any orders unpaid for 5 working days will be deemed cancelled automatically).

6) Please note that international deliveries may be subjected to taxes and duties. Please check and pay for them in order for our products to be sent to your country. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Personalized orders are normally dispatched around 3-10 working days from payment confirmation, depending on part availability (please refer to the product page for more accurate information on delivery times).
  • Please contact us for rush orders before placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee we can have them ready within your requested time frame.
  • Largers order may take a longer time to be ready. Pls contact us about bulk purchases before placing an order.
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location. Here are estimates for non-peak periods:

  • Due to the current covid-19 situation, shipping and delivery times may take longer than usual.
  • We would not be responsible for any shipment delays due to mail services or customs clearance as there are circumstances beyond our control.
  • You may contact us for expedited shipping options with tracking information for rush orders.
  • Please note that shipping and delivery times may be severely impacted during peak periods (such as before Christmas). Please place your order in advance to avoid delays and disappointments.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

1) Be assured that we do stringent quality checks on all orders before shipping them out.

2) We do not accept any exchanges or returns for personalized or custom orders as they are made just for you!

3) The colors of our products may appear different on your screens due to photography lighting and screen settings. Please expect some degree of color discrepancy. 

4) If you believe you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 working days upon receipt of the product with a photo showing the item/defect. The item must be sent back to us in its original condition and packaging by registered mail or courier service. We will process a replacement on a case by case basis. Please note that we do not offer exchanges and we would only offer a refund if a replacement for the item cannot be made.
