Exchanges or returns

  • Buy with confidence as we do stringent quality checks on all orders before shipping them out.
  • If you believe you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 working days upon receipt of the product with a photo showing the item and defect.
  • We will process a replacement on a case by case basis (we would offer an exchange or refund if a replacement cannot be offered).
  • Please understand that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for personalized or custom orders as they were made just for you.
  • The colors of our products may appear different on your screens due to photography lighting and screen settings. Please expect some degree of color discrepancy.
