By placing orders on our website, you are responsible for using and storing those products safely from children and/or other users whom our products might pose a risk to.
To register an account with us, you must provide a valid email address. Once you are registered, we will send you an email confirmation.
You are responsible for any activities performed by you or any other person using your account.
1) By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase those product(s) for their listed price on our website, together with all applicable shipping and delivery charges, at the time you place your order.
2) You must provide us with complete and accurate details, such as your billing and shipping addresses, when making an order on our website.
3) In the rare occasion when there is an error or omission in the price or description of the product on our website, or if the product became unavailable, we may cancel all or part of your order in our absolute discretion and you will be notified in a timely manner. You will not be charged for the order or the part of the order that is cancelled by us.
4) We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of our website.
1) Please take note of the currency when you place an order. You may choose for our prices to be listed in SGD, USD or EUR.
2) Please confirm the prices and shipping and delivery charges before making a payment.
3) Once you have placed an order, you should receive an invoice from us shortly.
4) We accept payments via PayNow for orders in Singapore and PayPal for all other countries.
5) We will process your order when payment has been verified (any orders unpaid for 5 working days will be deemed cancelled automatically).
6) Please note that international deliveries may be subjected to taxes and duties. Please check and pay for them in order for our products to be sent to your country. We are not responsible for the payments or delays caused by such.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1) For orders from our collection, they are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days from payment confirmation, unless there are parts that cannot be sourced locally. Larger orders may take a longer time to be ready.
2) For personalized orders from our collection, they are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days from payment confirmation, unless there are parts that cannot be sourced locally. Again, largers order may take a longer time to be ready.
3) For orders on our sound bricks, they are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days.
4) Production times for custom orders would depend on the complexity of your project. They may take any time up to 4-6 weeks (or even longer) for your items to be made and ready for dispatch. Please contact us sooner than later with your requests.
5) Please note that shipping times vary depending on your location. Here are estimates for non-peak periods:
Local shipping within Singapore - around 2-5 working days
International shipping (offered to selected destinations, please check with us) - around 5-20 working days

6) Once your order is dispatched, there can be circumstances beyond our control. We would not be responsible for any shipment delays.
7) If you have a time sensitive/rush order, please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate to your schedule, but we would always try our best to do so. You may also contact us for expedited shipping options.
***Do note that shipping and delivery times may be severely impacted during peak periods (such as before Christmas). Please place your order well in advance to avoid delays and disappointments***
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
1) Please contact us for any questions or details before you place an order.
2) Rest assured we do stringent quality checks on all orders before shipping them out.
3) Regretfully, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any personalized or custom orders.
4) The colors of our printed products may appear different on your screens. Please expect some degree of color discrepancy. We would not accept exchanges or returns for this reason.
5) If you believe you have received a defective item, please get in touch with us within 3 working days upon receipt of the product with a photo showing the defect. We will process an exchange or return on a case by case basis.
Your use of our website is solely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of the use of our website howsoever caused.
